The Ottawa Catholic Schools' Board of Trustees is made up of 10 trustees and 2 student trustees. Board Trustees are elected every four (4) years during the municipal election. Student trustees are elected by their peers on an annual basis.

Our Trustees are accountable to our school community for the decisions made by the Board. They are available and accessible to the public to address concerns from the community with respect to Board policies and procedures. They also act as ambassadors for the system, officiating and speaking at school openings and events. Trustees are ombudspersons for students and community members, advocating a wide range of issues regarding Catholic education.
